Late Cancel & No-Show Policy
Why does Revolve have a late cancel and no-show policy?
We value your time and the time of every rider in our community. Our classes often have waitlists, and when a spot goes unused, another rider misses the opportunity to ride. This policy helps keep our schedule fair, consistent, and accessible for everyone. What is a late cancel?
A late cancel occurs when a class is canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time.Late cancel fee: $12
To avoid a late cancel fee, please cancel your reservation more than 12 hours in advance.
What is a no-show?
A no-show means you were registered for class but did not attend and did not cancel your reservation.No-show fee: $15
This policy isn’t about penalties—it’s about accountability and consistency. Think of it as an incentive to show up for yourself or to let us know if you can’t make it so another rider can take your spot.

At Revolve, we are proud to be a small, community-driven studio. Every membership directly supports our instructors, staff and the space we have created together.
Because we are not a large chain, membership freezes are not something we offer under normal circumstances. If you find yourself in unique and extenuating circumstances please speak with us. We do have a couple of options.
Those with an annual contract could ask for a 1-month freeze. Those with a 3-month contract could request 1 week.
If a full hold is not appropriate, Revolve Cycle offers a Rollover option:
Membership payments continue uninterrupted.
Class credits will accumulate during your absence.
Upon return, these credits will be added back to your membership for use within a 3-month period.
For unlimited members, up to 8 rides per month will be credited back.
Your continued commitment helps us stay strong, local and ready to ride when you’re back in the saddle!
We appreciate your understanding and support more than you know!

Our memberships are set up as a commitment for the full term, so early cancellations aren’t typically available. That said, we completely understand that life can bring unexpected changes, and we’re always happy to chat if you’re facing an extreme situation.
If you’d like to end your contract early, we do offer a buyout option at 50% of the remaining months.
